Effective Date: November 2, 2026
Website: https://warranty.eintauto.com/

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the EINT Warranty System, operated by EINT Auto.

The system is designed to allow authorized vendors to manage battery warranty activations, customer registrations, and battery replacement records.

By accessing or using the system, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. System Access

  • Access is restricted to authorized vendors and administrators.

  • Each vendor is provided with an individual account.

  • Vendors may only access the battery inventory assigned to their accounts.

  • Users must keep their login credentials confidential.

  • Sharing accounts or providing unauthorized access to third parties is prohibited.

3. Battery Inventory Management

  • EINT Auto administrators are responsible for registering battery information within the system.

  • Battery inventory is assigned to authorized vendor accounts.

  • Vendors may only activate batteries available in their assigned inventory.

  • Vendors must not modify, misuse, or attempt to access inventory assigned to other vendors.

4. Warranty Activation

When a vendor sells a battery, the vendor is responsible for:

  • Selecting the correct battery from the assigned inventory.

  • Entering accurate customer information.

  • Confirming the battery details before activation.

  • Completing the activation process correctly.

Warranty activation records are maintained within the system for verification and tracking purposes.

5. Battery Replacement

Where a battery qualifies for replacement under the applicable warranty terms:

  • The authorized vendor may initiate the replacement process.

  • The original battery and warranty details must be correctly identified.

  • The replacement battery must be registered with its new serial number and relevant details.

  • The system will maintain the replacement record for future reference.

Submitting a replacement record through the system does not automatically guarantee warranty approval. Replacement eligibility remains subject to the applicable battery warranty conditions and EINT Auto’s verification procedures.

6. Vendor Responsibilities

All authorized vendors agree to:

  • Use the system only for legitimate warranty-related activities.

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Protect customer information.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials.

  • Avoid unauthorized access, manipulation, or misuse of system records.

  • Report suspected security issues or unauthorized account activity.

7. Customer Information

Vendors must ensure that customer information submitted through the system is accurate and collected appropriately.

Customer information must only be used for legitimate warranty registration, activation, replacement, and related support purposes.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Access accounts or information without authorization.

  • Activate batteries without a legitimate sale.

  • Submit false or misleading warranty information.

  • Manipulate battery serial numbers or warranty records.

  • Attempt to disrupt, damage, or compromise the system.

  • Use the platform for purposes unrelated to its intended functionality.
